Ireland are likely to announce their squad soon for their upcoming three-match T20I series against Pakistan, starting from May 10.

Paul Stirling, boasting 137 T20I appearances, will lead the squad, steering Ireland through their final preparations ahead of the impending T20 World Cup in the West Indies and the USA.

This series serves as a pivotal opportunity for Ireland to hone their skills against a formidable opponent, especially considering they share Group A with Pakistan in the T20 World Cup.

George Dockrell, Ireland's second most seasoned T20I player, brings a blend of all-round prowess to bolster the squad's equilibrium.

The middle-order will feature the seasoned expertise of players like Harry Tector, Curtis Campher, and wicketkeeper-batter Lorcan Tucker. Spearheading the pace attack will be Mark Adair and Ben White.
