England's James Vince will play his first match for Quetta Gladiators in the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven.

According to details, James Vince joined the squad on Wednesday after testing negative for Covid-19. He also took part in the practice last night at the Moin Khan Academy.

The 30-year-old is gearing up for the match against Islamabad United. He feels great to be back in Pakistan.

Great to be back here in Pakistan for @thePSLt20 and join up with @TeamQuetta this evening. Looking forward to getting out onto the pitch tomorrow night. #PurpleForce

Why Vince joined Gladiators without isolation?

Vince doesn't need to complete three-day isolation as he already became the victim of Covid-19 before landing in Pakistan and completed his isolation. He tested negative in the rapid-antigen test after arriving in Karachi, therefore, he is eligible to play the match tonight.

Meanwhile, Jason Roy will be available for the next match as he is currently in isolation.

On the other hand, Quetta Gladiators have announced that Shahid Afridi is alsoa available for selection while Sir Vivian Richards will be in the Gladiators' dugout.

It must be noted that Vince was traded to Quetta Gladiators from Multan Sultans.
