The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) has confirmed the squad for their upcoming white-ball series against the West Indies, with regular captain Jos Buttler making a welcome return.

Buttler, who missed the recent series against Australia due to a calf injury, will lead the English side once again. The squad also features a debutant in Jafer Chohan, a leg-spinner from Yorkshire and the first graduate of the South Asian Cricket Academy to be selected for an England Men's team.

Other notable inclusions in the 14-member squad include John Turner and Dan Mousley, who have both previously been involved in England's white-ball setup. The ECB has indicated that the squad will be bolstered by two additional players from the Test squad currently in Pakistan.

“A decision on the two players to join the white-ball squad in the Caribbean is to be made after selection for the third Test in Rawalpindi, which begins on Thursday 24 October,” stated ECB.

The West Indies series, which includes three ODIs and five T20Is, will take place in the Caribbean.
