The availability of fast bowler Josh Hazlewood for the third Test against India will be decided within the next 24 hours.

Hazlewood, who was sidelined with an injury before the second Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, has been undergoing extensive bowling practice in Adelaide.

In the second Test, Hazlewood was replaced by Scott Boland, who delivered an impressive performance, taking 5 wickets for 105 runs.

Speaking about his fitness, Hazlewood said, “How I feel and how much I can bowl will be clear in the next 24 hours. I’m feeling much better than before, but we need to assess the effects of the bowling.”

The third Test between Australia and India is scheduled to begin on Saturday. Fans and the team management eagerly await the decision on Hazlewood's inclusion.
