The fans yet again seemed to be taking no interest in the ongoing Test match between Pakistan and New Zealand at National Bank Cricket Arena despite free entry announced by the Pakistan Cricket Board.

The decision was made by the PCB Management Committee after the first Test between the two teams due to low presence of cricket fans at the stadium.

Despite winter holidays in schools and colleges, less than 500 people reached the National Bank Cricket Arena to witness the Test match.

Earlier today, New Zealand won the toss and chose to bat first in the second Test. The Black Caps started aggressively with the bat as both the openers once again created a hundred-run opening stand. However, wickets fell quickly later during the second session.

It is to be noted that the ODI series between Pakistan and New Zealand will be played from January 09, 2023, till January 11, 2023.
