PCB employees have been involved in many controversies in the recent past
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee has decided to improve the environment of the office premises.
According to the details, starting an education program for the employees was already recommended. Four serious incidents have been reported during the last few years, including a player of the Pakistan Junior League (PJL) harassing a female board official.

PCB employees have been involved in many controversies in the recent past. Last year, the former commercial director was accused of harassment, but after the investigation, he got a clean chit. After some time, he resigned on his own.
Last year, the highly educated curator accused Director Cricket Zakir Khan and Senior Manager HR Waqas Malik of defamatory behavior and foul language. He had to stay in the hospital for several days. His relatives were worried; Later, he resigned from the job.
Sources said that during this year's junior league, a female PCB social media official was continuously harassed by a player. When she filed a complaint, the coach of the player's team and the board officials took the matter as a joke, later the woman withdrew the complaint.
Recently, Director Media Sami ul Hasan Burney was accused by the current Director of Commercial Usman Waheed of using vulgar language. Surprisingly, Sami was let off with symbolic punishment, the inquiry report in the case recommended PCB to start an education program for the employees periodically to provide them with a work environment free from harassment and abusive behaviour.
The director HR was also instructed to inform about the rules and conduct etc. Sources said that the head of the management committee, Najam Sethi, has decided to adopt a zero-tolerance policy on discipline, but it has yet to be made clear that he will take any action on old cases or not.
