Fakhar Zaman guides Lahore Qalandars to a 6-wicket victory against Karachi Kings after scoring his first-ever PSL century.

Chasing a 171-run target, Fakhar scored 106 runs from 60 balls which included 12 boundaries and 4 maximums.

The Qalandars chased down the target in 19.2 overs as Babar-led team failed to defend 6 runs off the last over which was bowled by Lewis Gregory.

Samit Patel and Mohammad Hafeez chipped in with 26 and 24 runs respectively as Lahore registered their second victory of the tournament.

Umaid Asif picked up a brace whereas Mohammad Nabi and Imad Wasim both picked up a wicket each.

Earlier, Karachi Kings started the match with sheer aggression with Sharjeel Khan (60) and Babar Azam (41) opened the innings.

After their dismissals, no Karachi batsman could make an impact. Joe Clarke was the only other batter to get past the 20-run mark with his 24 off 18 balls.

Haris Rauf was the pick of the bowlers for Qalandars as he took three wickets Lewis Gregory, Sahibzada Farhan, and Imad Wasim. Rashid Khan, Zaman Khan, and captain Shaheen Afridi also picked up a wicket each.

This was Karachi Kings' third successive defeat in the HBL PSL 7 as they sit at the bottom of the points table without a point.
