London Mayor Sadiq Khan has expressed optimism about Pakistan’s performance in the upcoming ICC Champions Trophy, stating that Babar Azam is in form and he hopes the Pakistan team will perform well.
Continuing his remarks, Khan mentioned that past results of matches between England and Pakistan have not always been favorable, but he supports the winning team.
He also emphasized that if the final were to be between Pakistan and England, he would not have any complaints, highlighting his admiration for both teams.
It is worth noting that the England team will arrive in Pakistan today for the Champions Trophy. The tournament will begin on February 19 in Pakistan and Dubai, with the opening match between hosts Pakistan and New Zealand in Karachi.
