It is worth noting that the PCB officially announced its separation from Hafeez in a statement released on Thursday, expressing gratitude for his contributions.
Responding to the announcement, Hafeez revealed on his official X account that his role was initially slated for a four-month period but was unexpectedly shortened to just two months. He also hinted at disclosing various cricket-related and other non-cricket-related issues affecting performance.
