Left-arm pacer Mir Hamza played a crucial role in the first victory of Karachi Kings in season seven of HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Karachi Kings defeated Lahore Qalandars last night by 22 runs. Hamza finished with figures of 4/27 and claimed the Player of the Match award.

The 29-year-old was drafted in the Kings' squad after Mohammad Imran tested positive for Covid-19.
Hamza has bowled brilliantly in his three appearances for the Kings. In his first appearance, he bowled figures of 1/31 against Islamabad United. He was impressive against the Sultans giving away just 24 runs and picking up two wickets.
Hamza took to Twitter and expressed his feelings by thanking Almighty Allah for his performance.
