Pakistan's fast bowler Mohammad Abbas has reached the milestone of 700 first-class wickets. Abbas accomplished this feat during a County Championship match, with Kent's Jack Leaning becoming his 700th victim.

At 34 years old, Abbas becomes the 14th Pakistani cricketer to achieve this significant milestone. Known for his relentless pace and precision, the right-arm pacer has been a standout performer in the International Test arena as well. He has claimed 90 wickets in 25 Test matches, showcasing his prowess on the global stage.

Abbas's record includes notable performances against various teams. He has picked up 21 wickets in five matches against the West Indies. His success continues with 17 wickets in three matches against Australia, including a remarkable best bowling figure of 10/95. Against England, he has amassed 15 wickets in five Test matches.

The last Test match Mohammad Abbas played for Pakistan was against the West Indies in 2021. Despite delivering crucial performances in County and domestic cricket since then, he has yet to find his way back into the national team.
