Rumours were circulating that the pacer would announce his comeback after the fall of the PTI government and the expected changes in the cricket board setup
Retired pacer Mohammad Amir has denied reports of taking back retirement, saying he is not thinking of anything in this regard.
Speaking to this correspondent, the left-arm pacer said that currently, he has no intention of returning to international cricket.
The 29-year-old is busy playing various leagues these days and enjoying life by spending time with his family.
Rumours were circulating that the pacer would announce his comeback after the fall of the PTI government and the expected changes in the cricket board setup. However, Mohammad Amir has strongly denied these reports.
It must be noted that Amir took a shocking decision of announcing retirement in December 2020, opting not to play under the management of then-head coach Misbah-ul-Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis.
