Former Pakistan captain Mohammad Hafeez has lent support to Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh after he dropped a crucial Asif Ali catch and then failed to defend seven runs off the last over.
The social media trolled the young pacer whereas others threatened him for his mistakes. Hafeez, however, made a huge statement by defending Arshdeep with a tweet.
"My request to all Indian team fans. In sports we make mistakes as we r human. Please don’t humiliate anyone on these mistakes," wrote Hafeez as he proceeded to tag Arshdeep Singh in his tweet.
