Pakistan wicketkeeping batter Mohammad Rizwan claims that the Pakistan Super League (PSL) is bigger and better than the Indian Premier League (IPL). He pointed out that reserve players are used in Pakistan's T20 competition.

“We used to say there is IPL; now, if you ask players who go back after playing here, they say that Pakistan has the toughest league in the world because even our reserve players sit on the bench."

“Obviously, everyone knows that PSL has surprised the whole world. In the beginning, it was said that it won’t succeed and things won’t differ. As a player, we also realized that it has made a name for itself worldwide.”
