Mohsin Naqvi congratulates Pakistan team on dominant win over Australia

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has congratulated the national team for their historic victory over Australia in the second ODI. In a heartfelt message to the players and management, Naqvi praised their exceptional performance and acknowledged the contributions of key players.

"I extend my heartfelt congratulations to all the players. Bowlers Haris Rauf and Shaheen Shah Afridi played a crucial role in the win with their outstanding bowling, while Captain Mohammad Rizwan displayed excellent wicketkeeping, taking six catches. Saim Ayub and Abdullah Shafique also contributed with responsible batting, leading Pakistan to a commanding nine-wicket victory,' Naqvi said.

Naqvi further emphasized that the remarkable performances of Rauf, Afridi, Rizwan, Ayub, and Shafique deserve special recognition. He also commended the team’s collective effort across all aspects of the game.

"The players showed incredible teamwork in fielding, bowling, and batting. By defeating a strong team like Australia on their own turf, the players have won the hearts of the nation. This victory has brought immense joy to the people of Pakistan," he added.
