Former Test cricketer Moin Khan has commented on a change in leadership of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management.

Speaking to the media after a major development in PCB, Khan stated that Ramiz Raja was running board affairs alone.

"Ramiz got sufficient time to prove himself, but unfortunately, no one was happy with him. He was running board affairs single-handedly," said Moin, who was one of the only two cricketers (the other was Aqib Javed) who attended Ramiz's first presser as PCB chairman.

Khan anticipates some improvement with the arrival of Najam Sethi as the PM/patron-appointed PCB management committee's chairman.

"I hope this change brings some betterment. Sethi is mature and has already worked in PCB. I hope he will not repeat his old mistakes and run PCB affairs smoothly," he added.

On December 21, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif appointed the PCB's management committee. The committee was formed to restore the 2014 constitution.

Najam Sethi heads the committee, while other members include Sheikh, Gul Zada, Aized Syed, Tanvir Ahmed, Gul Muhammad Kakar, Ayaz Butt, Nauman Butt, Shahid Afridi, Shafqat Rana, Haroon Rashid, Sana Mir, Mustafa Ramday, and Chaudhry Arif Saeed.

Before the elections, the management committee will streamline PCB operations for at least 120 days following the 2014 PCB constitution, which the Ministry of Law has already approved with minor revisions.
