Pakistan’s 19-year-old pacer Musa Khan took part in an extended training session, on Thursday, ahead of the third and final Twenty20 International (T20I) against Australia on Friday, November 8.

The rookie pacer was made to put in the hard yards in the nets, with head coach-cum-chief selector Misbahul Haq and bowling coach Waqar Younis guiding him.

Although, as of now, it remains uncertain whether he will take part in the next T20I or not. The final decision on this is yet to be taken but, if given the opportunity,  Musa's inclusion could be at the expense of lanky pacer Mohammad Irfan.

Although the more likely changes that Pakistan is set to make to their line-up could be opener Imamul Haq and middle-order batsman Khushdil Shah replacing struggling batsmen Fakhar Zaman and Asif Ali. A final decision on the line-up will be taken on the matchday.

The third and final T20I between Pakistan and Australia will take place at the Optus Stadium in Perth. The Aussies currently lead the three-match T20I series one-nil.
