According to a PCB spokesperson, similar photo walls have been installed at all four tournament venues
As ICC Champions Trophy 2025 kicks off in Karachi on February 19, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has set up a photo wall in the National Stadium’s press conference area, celebrating the city’s cricketing legacy.
The photo wall highlights Karachi’s cricketers and key moments from the stadium’s history, with former Pakistan captain Sarfraz Ahmed receiving special prominence.
According to a PCB spokesperson, similar photo walls have been installed at all four tournament venues—Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Multan— to honor players’ contributions and cherish memorable cricketing moments.
The Karachi photo wall features portraits of the city’s legendary players and significant milestones, including Pakistan’s U-19 World Cup victories and the 2017 Champions Trophy triumph. It also showcases a historic moment—Khalid Ibadullah’s maiden century at the National Stadium.
In addition, the wall highlights women’s cricket, displaying images of Kiran Baluch and Pakistan Women’s Team’s gold medal victory at the Asian Games.
