New Zealand's opening batter, Colin Munro, has officially entered the HBL PSL 2024 Draft.
Munro boasts an impressive T20 career, having played 430 matches and scored 10,974 runs at a blistering strike rate of 140.99. The left-handed batter has registered five centuries and 67 half-centuries, with his highest score being a spectacular 114 not out. With an average of 30.31, Munro has consistently demonstrated his ability to dominate bowlers across the globe.
The New Zealand batter has been a key performer in various T20 leagues worldwide, including the PSL, where he has previously represented Islamabad United and Karachi Kings. In his PSL career, Munro has played a total of 47 matches, scoring 1,417 runs at an average of 32.95 and an impressive strike rate of 150.5, with his highest score being 90. He made his PSL debut in the 2019 edition, representing Islamabad United against Karachi Kings.
The registration process for PSL 10 is currently underway, with several renowned international players signing up. Alongside Munro, his Kiwi teammate Daryl Mitchell, England's Dawid Malan, Australia’s Usman Khawaja, and Bangladesh's all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan have also joined the draft pool.
Other notable players, including Zimbabwe's Sikandar Raza, England's Tom Curran, and Bangladesh's pacer Mustafizur Rahman, have also made themselves available.
The PSL 10 player draft is scheduled to take place on January 11 in Gwadar.
