Josh Clarkson has been ruled out of joining the BLACKCAPS squad for the third match of the KFC T20 Series against Pakistan due to a shoulder injury sustained while playing for the Central Stags in the Dream11 Super Smash.

In his place, Will Young will now join the squad in preparation for the upcoming match at Dunedin’s University of Otago Oval as confirmed by New Zealand cricket.

Originally, Clarkson was slated to join the squad for the third game, with captain Kane Williamson not traveling to Dunedin, but planning to rejoin the team for the final two matches of the series in Christchurch.

Will Young will be added to the squad after tomorrow’s match at Hamilton’s Seddon Park, as the teams make their way to Dunedin on Monday from Hamilton.
