Nida Dar once again was the star of the show for Pakistan as she followed up her impressive display against Sri Lanka with an excellent performance against Malaysia, helping Pakistan win by 147 runs in the Women's Asia Cup at the Royal Selangor Club, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia on Thursday.

Malaysia won the toss and elected to field, however, that decision soon backfired when Pakistan captain Bismah Maroof and Nida combined to post 62 and 41 runs respectively to help Pakistan post a mammoth total of 177-5.

For Malaysia, Ainna Hamizah Hashim, Sasha Azmi and Zumika Azmi claimed a wicket apiece.

In reply, Malaysia were bundled out for a mere 30 runs as Player of the Match Nida ran riot to finish with figures of 4-5.

Only Malaysia captain Winifred Duraisingam (11) was able to get into double figures, while the second-best score from the hosts was seven from opener Christina Baret.

Pakistan next face arch-rivals India, who defeated Sri Lanka by seven wickets in the other match, on June 9.
