Zaka Ashraf, the chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) management committee, has affirmed that there are no plans to make changes to the current coaching staff until at least the upcoming 2023 World Cup scheduled to take place in India.

Ashraf expressed his belief that the current team's performance is satisfactory and emphasized the importance of maintaining stability.

During an interaction with a local media outlet, he stated, "I believe this team is performing and we should not disturb them."

"Currently, we have no intentions to change the coaching staff or players. We already discussed this with our technical committee. We will give them time as Asia Cup and World Cup are just around the corner," he added.

Considering the proximity of the Asia Cup and World Cup, he emphasized the significance of continuity. Ashraf also expressed his aspirations for the national team's success in both tournaments.

"We are trying to make a strong squad who can compete strongly in the Asia Cup and World Cup," he said.

"I wish that our team wins Asia Cup and World Cup. It will be a proud moment for the entire nation," he concluded.
