Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has responded to James Faulkner's baseless allegations on the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) of not paying his contractual salary for playing HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) season seven.
Shahid Afridi and James Faulkner both played for Quetta Gladiators in HBL Pakistan Super League (HBL) season seven.
Boom Boom Afridi was disappointed with Faulkner's comments and cited that the players have received payments on time from the PCB. He concluded his tweet by reminding that nobody must be allowed to tarnish the image of Pakistan, Pakistan Cricket and the brand of PSL.
Disappointed with @JamesFaulkner44 comments who reciprocated Pakistan's hospitality&arrangements by levelling baseless allegations. We al have been treated with respect &never ever our payments have been delayed. No one should be allowed to taint 🇵🇰, 🇵🇰cricket & the #HBLPSL brand.

It must be noted that PCB and Quetta Gladiators have also denied Faulkner's baseless accusations of non-payment.
The Australian all-rounder has been sent back to his home country Australia after despicable behaviour with the hotel and PCB managements.
