Pakistan will face arch-rivals India in their opening match of the T20 World Cup on October 24 in Dubai
Former Indian opener Aakash Chopra, who is now a renowned cricket commentator and analyst, has excluded top-order batter Haider Ali and middle-order batter Asif Ali while forming Pakistan’s playing XI for the T20 World Cup.
While speaking on his official YouTube channel, Chopra said that Pakistan’s openers will be Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan followed by Fakhar Zaman at one-down.
The former right-hander included veteran all-rounders Mohammad Hafeez and Shoaib Malik in the middle-0rder.

Meanwhile, all-rounders Mohammad Nawaz, Shadab Khan and Imad Wasim were included in the lower-order.
Chopra opted for Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hasan Ali and Haris Rauf as Pakistan’s pace battery.
