Azam Khan smashed a whopping 42-ball 97 runs, including nine fours and eight massive sixes
During the post-match presentation, Quetta Gladiators skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed praised the destructive young batter Azam Khan for his outstanding performance against his team.
Azam Khan, who is representing Islamabad United in the ongoing PSL, smashed a whopping 42-ball 97 runs, including nine fours and eight massive sixes.

"Azam Khan is our own player, and he battered us - he battered us last year too. I thought we could restrict them to around 190 and chase it but he was outstanding. He hit sixes on good balls, and you can't praise him enough."
After winning the toss, Islamabad United decided to bowl first and scored a massive 220 runs after losing six wickets.
The 24-year-old Azam was the man of the show, who quite, along with his power-hitting performance, led United towards a defendable total alongside Asif Ali, who scored a cameo of 24-ball 42 runs, including one four and four massive sixes.
In reply, Quetta Gladiators were bowled out for 157 runs, with Mohammad Hafeez scoring 26-ball 48 runs, including six fours and two massive sixes. Skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed scored 36-ball 41 runs, including three fours and one six.
After leaving his former franchise team, Azam Khan loves to score more against them. The 24-year-old has only played three matches against Quetta Gladiators and scored 164 runs at an average of 54.00 with a strike rate of 208.
Skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed was not quite impressed with his team's bowling performance as they aimed to restrict the United Army to under 200 runs but failed to do so.
Azam Khan, who is the son of former Pakistan cricketer Moin Khan, has been making a name for himself in the domestic cricket circuit with his impressive performances.
He has been particularly effective in the T20 format, showcasing his power-hitting abilities.
