Bhogle also touched on England’s possible team changes, mentioning the return of Ben Stokes
Cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle has weighed in on Pakistan’s potential pitch strategy for the second Test against England, suggesting that Pakistan is unlikely to prepare a spin-friendly surface due to their lack of experienced spinners.
Bhogle shared his thoughts on X (formerly Twitter), where he speculated about the team's approach ahead of the match.
"Don't think Pakistan can offer a turner for the 2nd test given they are short on spin bowling," Bhogle wrote.
Bhogle also touched on England’s possible team changes, mentioning the return of Ben Stokes.
"And so England might well play Stokes (if fit enough) for Bashir. Extends batting so they can keep going and Stokes and Root as 5th and 6th bowlers makes it a rounded attack," he further added.
The second Test is crucial for both teams, and pitch conditions will likely play a key role in determining the strategies each side adopts.
