Pakistan announced their 12-player squad for the first Test against Bangladesh.

The Test series is set to commence from Friday at Ch. Zahoor Ahmed Cricket Stadium, Chittagong. The match will start at 10:00 local time.

As expected, Babar Azam will be leading the national team in the longest format after displaying an impressive run as a captain in the recently concluded T20 World Cup. Mohammad Rizwan will accompany Babar as his deputy.

Abdullah Shafique, Faheem Ashraf, Sajid Khan, and Imam-ul-Haq are all part of the squad. Here is the complete list:
