Pakistan have announced a 12-man squad for the first T20I against Bangladesh, which will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla Cricket Stadium on Friday. 

Few new faces have been added to the squad while all-rounder Imad Wasim and hard-hitter Asif Ali have been rested. Khushdil Shah and Haider Ali are preferred over Iftikhar Ahmed, who replaced Mohammad Hafeez for the series.

All-rounders Mohammad Nawaz and Mohammad Wasim Jr. are also part of the squad for the T20I series opener.

It must be noted that the second and third T20I of the series will be played at the same venue on 20 and 22 November.
