The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has announced a 15-member squad for the upcoming three-match T20I series against Bangladesh, set to be played exclusively at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Dhaka.

Star batters Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan have not been considered for the squad, along with premier fast bowler Shaheen Shah Afridi. Haris Rauf is also unavailable for selection after sustaining a hamstring injury during the ongoing Major League Cricket (MLC) 2025 season.

Several players have returned to the national setup, including all-rounder Mohammad Nawaz and left-arm spinner Sufiyan Muqeem, while emerging pacer Salman Mirza has received his maiden call-up. Mohammad Abbas Afridi, who was previously sidelined due to injury, has also been recalled.

The squad will be led by Salman Ali Agha, while no vice-captain has been named for the tour.

The squad for the upcoming white-ball series against the West Indies will be announced at a later date.

It is worth noting that Bangladesh, under the captaincy of Litton Das, recently toured Pakistan for a T20I series, which the hosts won 3-0. That series marked the debut assignment for Pakistan’s new white-ball head coach, Mike Hesson.

Following the Bangladesh tour, Pakistan is scheduled to travel to the West Indies for another white-ball series. The three T20Is against the Caribbean side are set to be played in the United States on July 31, August 2, and August 3.

The ODI leg of the West Indies tour is scheduled for August 8, 10, and 12 at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy in Trinidad.
