Pakistan’s second International Cricket Council (ICC) World Cup warm-up match with Bangladesh in Cardiff was called off due to rain on Sunday, without a ball being bowled.

Persistent rain and inclement weather initially delayed the toss. As the rain continued, umpires finally decided to abandon the game.

The Men in Green lost their first warm-up match against Afghanistan by three wickets in Bristol on Friday.

Bangladesh play one more warm-up game against India on Tuesday while Pakistan have no more warm-up matches to play, kicking off their World Cup campaign against West Indies on Friday at Trent Bridge.
