Pakistan and Afghanistan will play three One Day International matches on the 22nd, 24th, and 26th of August

The national cricket team left for Sri Lanka for a scheduled series against Afghanistan amid tight security arrangements. Pakistan cricketers boarded a bus from the National Cricket Academy to the airport with strict protective measures in place. The team's flight is scheduled for 12 o'clock from Allama Iqbal International Airport.

Along with the players in the camp, Muhammad Rizwan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Haris Rauf, and Tayyab Tahir are also with the team. Usama Mir and Shadab Khan will join them from England.

Captain Babar Azam, Naseem Shah, Mohammad Nawaz, Iftikhar, Mohammad Haris, and Fakhar Zaman will join the team in Colombo. The Pakistan team will go from Colombo to Hambantota, where the final phase of the training camp will begin on Friday.

Pakistan and Afghanistan will play two One Day International matches on the 22nd and 24th of August in Hambantota. Colombo will host the third match on the 26th of August. For the Asia Cup, the teams of Pakistan and Afghanistan will arrive in Lahore on the 27th of August.
