The important T20 World Cup Super 12 stage match between Pakistan and South Africa will be played today at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG).

The Men in Green have to win the game today and against Bangladesh on Sunday to stay in contention for the semi-final spot but their fate will depend on South Africa's game against Netherlands and Zimbabwe, and India's match.

Earlier today, Pakistan announced Mohammad Haris as the replacement for the injured Fakhar Zaman. There is a possibility Haris may play and open the innings.

According to sources, Haris will open with skipper Babar Azam instead of wicketkeeper Mohammad Rizwan, who will bat lower the order.
