All-rounder Abdullah Ejaz will lead the team as captain, with middle-order batsman Ghulam Muhammad serving as vice-captain. The squad, approved by PPDCA President Imran Balwani, was finalized by General Secretary Amiruddin Ansari after a rigorous selection process.

Ansari highlighted the talent displayed by new players at the domestic level, which made the selection process highly competitive. "The players were chosen after a training and fitness camp at RLCA under the guidance of Head Coach Sabih Azhar, Rafi Hashmi, and Selection Committee Member Rao Javed," he said.

The 10-day event will feature four teams – Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, and England – competing in a round-robin format. Each team will face the others twice, with the top two teams advancing to the final on January 21.
