Pakistan, Netherlands strengthen ties through cricket collaboration

During the meeting, both parties agreed to organize a cricket series between Pakistan and the Netherlands next year

Chairman of the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Mohsin Naqvi, met with the Netherlands Ambassador to Pakistan, Henny de Vries, to discuss the promotion of cricket between the two nations.

During the meeting, both parties agreed to organize a cricket series between Pakistan and the Netherlands next year. Discussions also covered topics of mutual interest, bilateral relations, and enhancing cooperation in various fields. The Netherlands expressed interest in signing a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the PCB to promote cricket.

Ambassador Henny de Vries said that the Netherlands cricket team will tour Pakistan next year and play matches with the Pakistan A team.

PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the importance of sustainable efforts to strengthen bilateral relations and assured full support for the development of cricket in the Netherlands.
