Pakistan Ambassador to Afghanistan, Ubaid Ur Rehman Nizamani, recently extended a warm welcome to the members of the Afghan National Cricket team at his residence.
The ambassador took to Twitter to share the news and express his delight at hosting the incredibly talented team. He emphasized the importance of strengthening cricketing ties between the two brotherly countries and wished the team the best for their upcoming tours.

During the meeting, Ambassador Nizamani assured the Afghan cricket team of his full support for the betterment of cricket in Afghanistan.
As a gesture of appreciation, Nizamani presented a beautiful calligraphic painting to the Chairman of the Afghan Cricket Board. The painting symbolized the enduring friendship between the two nations and the shared love for the sport of cricket.
The Chairman, Mirwais Ashraf, expressed his gratitude for the ambassador's gesture and recognized the significant role played by Pakistan in supporting cricket development in Afghanistan.
The meeting was attended by several members of the Afghan Cricket Board, including Chairman Mirwais Ashraf, CEO Naseeb Khan, Test and ODI Captain Hashmatullah Shahidi, and High-Performance Center (HPC) coaches Imran Farhat and Rana Naveed ul Hassan.
