Pakistan squad to return home from Dhaka tomorrow

The squad will leave at 10 am tomorrow and members of the national squad announced for the series against West Indies will arrive in Karachi at 6 pm

Pakistan men's cricket team will return home from Dhaka tomorrow via Dubai, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) said on Wednesday.

The squad will leave at 10 am and members of the national squad announced for the series against West Indies will arrive in Karachi at 6 pm.

Team management including Muhammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Abdullah Shafiq, Saud Shakeel, Muhammad Nawaz and Imamul Haq will arrive in Karachi. All these people will join the biosecure bubble for the home series against West Indies.

Captain Babar Azam, Fahim Ashraf, Sarfraz Ahmed, Fawad Alam, Noman Ali, Zahid Mahmood and Abid Ali will also arrive in Karachi on the same flight. Babar Azam will join the bubble on December 10.

Faheem Ashraf and Abid Ali will participate in the ongoing domestic cricket in Karachi.

Meanwhile, Azhar Ali, Naseem Shah, Hassan Ali, Muhammad Abbas, Bilal Asif, Kamran Ghulam and Sajid Khan will arrive in Lahore tomorrow at 6:30 PM.

On the other hand, the players and officials of the Pakistan men’s squad for the West Indies, present in Pakistan, arrived at the team hotel in Karachi yesterday. They underwent on-arrival Covid-19 tests and are in isolation currently.
