Pakistan cricket team players have been summoned for a training camp in Lahore ahead of their home New Zealand tour, which is set to begin on April 14. 

The four-day camp, which runs from April 7 to April 10, will be conducted under the supervision of Abdul Rehman and bowling coach Umar Gul.

According to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), all outstation players will be required to report to the camp commandant today. However, two players, Abdullah Shafique and Faheem Ashraf, will join the team on April 7, while opening batter Fakhar Zaman will arrive on April 10.

Pakistan cricket team is gearing up for their upcoming home series against New Zealand, which consists of five T20Is and five ODIs scheduled from April 14 to May 7. The matches will be held across three cities, namely Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Karachi. The return of star players such as Shaheen Shah Afridi, Babar Azam, Fakhar Zaman, Haris Rauf, and Mohammad Rizwan has bolstered the team's preparation for the tour. 

Furthermore, Shadab Khan, who led the team in the recent Afghanistan T20I series, will once again assume the role of vice-captain for the upcoming matches. 

Furthermore, Ihsanullah has been given his first-ever opportunity to be a part of the ODI squad, a testament to his excellent form and consistency in recent matches.
