Pakistan’s Test squad returned home on Friday after the West Indies tour comprising of two-Tests that ended with both sides picking up one win each.

The national squad arrived in Lahore through a flight from Jamaica.

Pakistan competed against West Indies in four Twenty20 Internationals (T20I) in which the visitors came away with a 1-nil series victory after a majority of fixtures were washed out due to rain.

In the Test series, West Indies secured a thrilling one-wicket victory in the first Test while the Men in Green won the second Test comprehensively to level the series.

Leg-spinner Yasir Shah and pacer Naseem Shah did not return home with the side due to their participation in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) while pacer Mohammad Abbas and batsman Azhar Ali went to England to participate in the English County.

Head Coach Misbahul Haq, who tested positive for Covid-19, is due to arrive back home after the completion of his quarantine.
