Pakistan is facing practice challenges ahead of their crucial match against India, as they will be unable to practice at the Nassau County International Stadium prior to their clash on Sunday, June 9.

Instead, the Pakistani team will be practicing at the Cantiague Park in New York from 12:30 to 3:30 PM local time. It is because the South African team will be playing against the Netherlands at the Nassau County International Stadium on Saturday, June 8.

As a result, Pakistan may find themselves at a disadvantage, since the Indian team has already played a match at the Nassau venue against Ireland, giving them a better understanding of the pitch conditions compared to Babar Azam's squad.

The clash between the arch-rivals will take place at the Nassau stadium in New York at 7:30pm PST.

Meanwhile, the International Cricket Council (ICC) has committed to addressing concerns about the pitch at the Nassau stadium following criticism.

In a statement, the ICC acknowledged that the pitches used so far at the Nassau County International Cricket Stadium have not performed consistently. The world-class grounds team has been working diligently since the end of the last game to improve the conditions and ensure the best possible playing surfaces for the remaining matches.

Pakistan, needing a win after an upset loss to the United States, will also be playing against Canada on Tuesday, June 11, at the same venue following their match against India.
