Pakistan will face England in the second One-day International (ODI) of the three-match series at Lord’s today.

The Men in Green were outplayed in the first match, on Thursday, by nine wickets after an embarrassing day with the bat which saw the visitors being bowled out for a paltry 141 while batting first.

With the series on the line, Pakistan are unlikely to hit the panic and make flurry of changes for the second ODI at the Home of Cricket. The Babar Azam-led unit are likely to step on the field with the same lineup which played the previous match.

Pakistan have played England eight times, in ODIs, at Lord’s, winning four and losing the same number of matches.

Overall, the Men in Green have played 13 ODIs at this venue, winning six and losing on seven occasions.

Pakistan’s last 50-over outing at this venue was against Bangladesh in the 2019 World Cup, when they won by 94 runs with pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi taking career-best figures of 6/35. Opener Imamul Haq scored a century while Babar accumulated 96 runs.
