Zaka Ashraf, the head of the PCB management committee, is keen on organizing the T10 League in collaboration with Middlesex Cricket County. Both entities intend to equally share the financial burden, with revenue distribution also following a similar pattern. The league will feature concurrent men's and women's matches on the same day, necessitating those acquiring Men's franchises to also procure Women's teams.

The board is planning to host exhibition T10 matches against Middlesex Cricket County in Rawalpindi spanning from January 24 to 26. A delegation comprising 40 members, including male and female cricketers and officials from England, is expected to visit Pakistan during this period. To ensure the safety of the guests, the PCB has formally requested the government to grant VIP status, although a response from the government regarding league approval is still pending.

Even in the absence of a government response, PCB sources indicate that there are no objections to the exhibition matches, making the event feasible. The unveiling of the league's logo is also scheduled to take place during these exhibition matches.

The initiative to organize men's and women's matches concurrently is driven by the goal of fostering women's cricket, providing female cricketers with the opportunity to earn substantial rewards and uncover new talents. Franchise sales will be conducted through an open bid process, mirroring the model used in the PSL. Notably, there has been interest from both American and local business figures in acquiring teams, and existing owners of PSL teams may also participate in the bidding process.
