The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has officially announced the match schedule for the remaining fixtures of Pakistan Super League (PSL) 10.
The tournament, which was temporarily suspended, will resume on May 17, with Karachi Kings facing Peshawar Zalmi at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
The venue will host a double-header on May 18, starting with Quetta Gladiators taking on Multan Sultans in the afternoon match. The second fixture will feature Peshawar Zalmi against Lahore Qalandars. The last match at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium will be held on May 19, where defending champions Islamabad United will play Karachi Kings.
Following the Rawalpindi leg, the action will shift to Lahore’s Gaddafi Stadium, where the Qualifier, Eliminator 1, and Eliminator 2 will take place on May 21, 22, and 23, respectively. The final match of PSL 10 will also be played on May 25 at Gaddafi Stadium.
All evening matches will start at 7:30 PM Pakistan Standard Time (PST), except the match on May 18, which will begin at 8:00 PM. The only afternoon game will start at 3:00 PM.
Details about ticket sales will be shared in due course, according to the PCB.
The PSL 10 was temporarily suspended due to rising tensions between India and Pakistan when an incident that occurred near the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium last week. Initially, the remaining matches were set to be relocated to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) due to security concerns. However, following a directive from Pakistan's Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the PCB decided to pause the tournament entirely.
Before the suspension, 27 matches had been completed, with Quetta Gladiators leading the points table. They have already secured a spot in the playoffs with six wins, two losses, and one no-result from nine matches.
Karachi Kings sit in second place with 10 points, having won five out of eight matches. Defending champions Islamabad United are in third place, also with 10 points, after five wins and four losses in nine games.
Lahore Qalandars are in fourth position with nine points from four wins, four losses, and one no-result. Peshawar Zalmi occupy the fifth spot with eight points from four wins in their nine games.
Multan Sultans, who have had a tough season, are already eliminated from playoff contention with just one win and eight losses in their nine matches.
