PCB announces date, venue for Pakistan’s two-day match practice in Sri Lanka

Pakistan team will play a two-day match practice on July 11-12 in Hambantota ahead of the two-match Test series against Sri Lanka.

The Men in Greem kicked off their training camp on Tuesday in Karachi. Head coach Grant Bradburn is supervising the ongoing training camp for the aforementioned tour’s preparation.

The players will be allowed to leave the camp on Friday evening to attend Haris Rauf's wedding in Islamabad. They will re-assemble in Karachi on Saturday and will leave for Sri Lanka, via Dubai, on the same day.

Morne Morkel, the bowling coach of the Pakistan team, had experienced visa issues that caused a delay in his arrival. However, it has been confirmed that he will join the team in Dubai.

Itinerary of Pakistan's tour of Sri Lanka:

• July 9 – Pakistan land in Colombo
• 11 and 12 July – Warm-up game
• 16-20 July – First Test at Galle International Cricket Stadium
• 24-28 July – Second Test at Singhalese Sports Club, Colombo
