Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has stepped up in support of domestic cricketers by preventing a reduction in their match fees for the National T20 tournament.
According to a PCB spokesperson, Naqvi took notice of the issue and stopped the planned decrease in match fees for domestic players participating in the tournament.
The chairman has directed PCB’s Director of Domestic Cricket, Abdullah Khurram Niazi, to ensure that players' match fees remain unchanged. Additionally, Naqvi has ordered an immediate review of all players' match fees.
