Out of 26 analysts tested, 11 were found unable to meet the required criteria
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has terminated the services of 11 analysts who failed to meet performance standards, following a thorough evaluation process.
The decision was made on Wednesday after PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi ordered a review of the board’s data and video analysts.
Sources revealed that a committee was formed to scrutinize the performance of the analysts, focusing on their proficiency in key areas.
Out of 26 analysts tested, 11 were found unable to meet the required criteria. As a result, the PCB immediately dismissed those underperforming analysts.
The remaining 15 analysts, who passed the evaluation, have been reassigned to various teams within the organization.
