The PCB has approved their NOCs for the period from December 14 to 28
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has granted No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to 13 players, allowing them to take part in various overseas franchise leagues. The list includes senior stars Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Shah Afridi.
The trio, who were not included in the squad for the recent T20I series against Bangladesh, have registered for the Big Bash League (BBL) draft, which will be held on June 19. The PCB has approved their NOCs for the period from December 14 to 28.
Fast bowler Mohammad Amir, who is currently playing for Essex in England's T20 Blast, has been granted a NOC until July 18.
Haris Rauf has received clearance to play in the 2025 edition of Major League Cricket (MLC), which is set to begin this Friday.
Pakistan’s Test captain Shan Masood will continue his County Championship stint with Leicestershire until September 1. Alongside him, pacers Mohammad Abbas, Hasan Ali, and Khurram Shahzad are also active in the County Championship. Abbas has been given a NOC until July 2, while Hasan and Shahzad are permitted to stay in England until September 30 and 27, respectively.
All-rounder Mohammad Nawaz has been allowed to feature in the Guyana Super League as well as the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). Mohammad Hassan Khan has also received the PCB’s approval for the CPL.
Meanwhile, emerging batter Khawaja Nafay has been given the green light to participate in the Global Super League.
