The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has formally communicated with the International Cricket Council (ICC) regarding concerns over visa processing for Pakistan fans and journalists intending to attend the ICC World Cup 2023 in India, as reported by a local news channel.

According to the sources, familiar with the matter disclosed that PCB authorities have written an official letter to the ICC, urging their intervention in streamlining the visa process for Pakistan nationals, encompassing fans and journalists seeking to travel to India for the World Cup 2023.

The letter emphasized the necessity for clear and transparent guidelines regarding India's visa policy, expressing that the current lack of clarity has raised apprehensions among Pakistan cricket fans and media professionals, all eager to be part of and cover the prestigious ICC tournament in India.
