Points table after Canada beat Ireland in T20 World Cup 2024

The Canada secured a 12-run victory over Ireland in the T20 World Cup 2024 on Friday at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. This triumph puts the co-hosts at the third spot of the points table with two points. Their next challenge will be against Pakistan at the same venue on Tuesday, June 11.

Ireland, on the other hand, will aim for their first points when they face USA on Friday, June 14 in Florida. Group A’s next match is set for Sunday, June 9, between Pakistan and India in New York.

The top two teams from each group will qualify for the super eights, which will feature 12 games, before the top two from each super eight group will qualify for the semi-finals. The final will be played in Barbados on June 29.
