The defending champions, England, remain in contention for the Super Eight round of the 2024 T20 World Cup after defeating Namibia by 41 runs (DLS method) in Antigua on Saturday.
This win brings England to five points from four group matches, placing them second on the points table.
Consequently, Scotland, with five points from three matches, will aim to beat Australia on Saturday to advance to the Super Eight round. If the match is washed out, Scotland will still qualify by earning one point, ending with six points.
Australia, leading the table with six points from three matches, has already secured their spot in the Super Eight stage.
