Points table after India beat Ireland in T20 World Cup 2024

The India secured a commanding victory by eight wickets over Ireland in the T20 World Cup match on Wednesday at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, New York. This triumph puts the India at the top of the points table with two points. Their next challenge will be against Pakistan at the same venue on Sunday, June 9.

Ireland, on the other hand, will aim for their first points when they face USA on June 14, Friday at Florida. Group A’s next match is set for Thursday, June 6, between Pakistan and USA in Dallas.

The top two teams from each group will qualify for the super eights, which will feature 12 games, before the top two from each super eight group will qualify for the semi-finals. The final will be played in Barbados on June 29.
